Are you ready to create an original smoothie?
Add rice, salt, cinnamon and lemon zest in a pot
Add the water and cook it for approximately one hour on medium heat
After an hour cooking that's how it should look. Need to wait until the mix cools down before making the next step
Once the mix is at room temperature, add it to the blender with milk, ice, sugar and vanilla
Serve in a glass and add condensed milk and cinnamon to taste
