Start by sautéing your onions in a hot pan. (I re-used this one from earlier)
Pour in a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.
Then add two shakes of pepper and a seasoning. (The seasoning is optional)
Pour in a splash of Rice vinegar. (It's very strong so be sparing with it)
Put the onions in a small jar or cup.
Pour in a teaspoon of oil. (I used grapeseed oil)
And now add a tablespoon of salad dressing and water.
Here's the corn!
Pour in the vinaigrette.
And add a small handfull of hemp hearts.
Mix and enjoy! :)
These are the Hemp Hearts I used. If you've never tasted them, they are like mini sunflower seeds- without the shells :)
