Gather your materials. I use sculpey. :) That white one is glow in the dark :) use as many colors as you desire. Mix up colored for a rainbow or special themed rose :)
Separate the clay into 5-7 pieces of clay 3 small clay pieces and the rest big or "average".
After separating, roll the clay into balls.
After the clay balls are rolled flatten the balls to your desired thickness.
Chose your color/colors for the rose petals and attach them by the sides. Biggest to smallest, left to right.
After you attach the petals slowly roll the smallest petal all the way till the last petal. Pinch the end of the rose together to blend.
Cut off the end of the rose if the flower "butt" is too big.
Then rub the bottom of the rose to blend again. But this time the rose is shorter.
All your roses!!! Now your done! That is if you don't want stems. The next couple of steps are for the stem.
Get some green emerald clay. (Just green) and roll it up to your desired length for your stem.
Attach the stem to your rose. But your not done yet. You still need to blend it to look better.
The stem is delicate and blend carefully.
Finished blend. :)
If you want a leaf make a tear drop shaped piece of clay. Using a pointy tool make vein like lines in the leaf. You can use a tooth pick. :)
Blend the leaf like you did to the rose and the stem.
The other rose.
All my roses!! Enjoy! And I hope you love your roses! Remember bake your roses to what your clay says!
