Melt dark chocolate on top of boiling water. Make sure the water doesn't touch the bowl.
Crack eggs and sugar into big bowl. Beat for 5 minutes or until pale and double in volume.
Fold chocolate and cocoa powder to the egg and sugar mix.
Beat cream until thick make sure not to over beat.
Fold cream into the mix.
Spoon in to serving glasses and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour.
