Place in blender
Add salt to taste, orange juice and chamoy
And chili powder.
Put lid on blender and start to blend well
In foam cups add chamoy salsa just to coat the bottom
I fund it easier to ladle the slush in to the cups
Distribute evenly between all the cups n
Place in freezer with the sheet pan or as shown if they are not going to fall over. Leave until frozen.
Get your candies, chamoy salsa and chili powder ready. You can also use more mango on top.
When fully frozen cut out of the foam cup
Place in blender as shown and blend well until slush.
Add more chamoy to the new cup if desired.
As shown then full in the cup that you are using to serve
Add to cup as shown then ...
Add toppings and a little lime. Enjoy!
Other example of it just being a drink (right photo:) Natural Mango Ice Cream, Chamoy, Chili, Lemon and slices of freshly cut mango.
