How to Make a Carrot Cake Smoothie

All the spicy, nutty flavors of the classic cake with two servings of vegetables and one of fruit!

Supplies

  • 1 Cup Cauliflower, frozen
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ Cups Pecan halves
  • 1 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 10 drops English Toffee flavored Stevia Sweetener
  • ¼ Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ Teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ¼ Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Gather your supplies!

    Step 2

    Wash and peel two carrots.

    Step 3

    Chop the carrots into large chunks.

    Step 4

    Add 1 cup of frozen cauliflower to your blender.

    Step 5

    Add your two carrots.

    Step 6

    Toss in the banana. You can add it whole or tear it into pieces.

    Step 7

    Add 1/4 cup of pecans.

    Step 8

    Add 1 cup coconut milk.

    Step 9

    Add 1 tbs almond butter.

    Step 10

    Next comes the spices... The English Toffee sweetener gives the smoothie a buttery cake flavor. Alternately, you can use 1 tsp Butter Extract and sugar/sweetener to taste.

    Step 11

    Add 1/4 tsp cinnamon; 1/4 tsp nutmeg; 1/4 tsp vanilla extract; and 10 drops of English Toffee flavored Stevia Sweetener.

    Step 12

    Put on the lid and blend!

    Step 13

    Use your blender's smoothie setting or blend on high until smooth.

    Step 14

    Pour and enjoy!
