Pour half can of coconut milk (200ml) into the blender.
Add 1 tea spoon of Peanut Butter (No added sugar)
Add 1 tablespoon of Vanilla Extract
Add 2 whole eggs. Don't worry, you won't feel the taste that's just to add some good fats and protein to your smoothie. P.S make sure the shell is well washed.

Blend at full speed.
Pour into your favourite glass.
