How to Make a Blackberry Mojito

Try out this special twist on a classic. Blackberries add a delicious fruity flavor to the tradition palate of a mojito. Enjoy!

Supplies

  • 5 Blackberries
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • Zest of half a lime
  • 3 Ounces white rum
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 4 Tablespoons Simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • Ice
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Tools you'll need: lemon reamer, knife, muddle, and zester.

    Step 2

    Place blackberries in bottom of glass.

    Step 3

    Add mint.

    Step 4

    Add lime zest.

    Muddle!

    Don't worry about over-mashing the blackberries. You want all the juices and flavor to escape, so crush away!
