How to Make a 7-Up Cake

Supplies

  • 1 ½ Cups Flour
  • 1 ½ Cups Cake flour
  • Cake Pan
  • 6 Cups Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 6 Ounces 7- up
  • 1 ½ Cups Butter ( 3 sticks)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Cream butter and sugar until whipped.

    Step 2

    Keep beating

    Cut 2 lemons in half and squeeze the juice out of them

    Step 5

    Pour lemon juice into your bowl

    Step 6

    Put your teaspoon of vanilla in the bowl.

    Step 7

    Mix together

    Step 8

    Separate your egg yolk from your egg white.

    Step 9

    Alternate with 3 tablespoons of flour and the 7 up to the cake.

    Mix just until combined

    Step 12

    Keep alternating until the flour mixture is completely gone

    Add each egg yolk in, one at a time.

    Spray your pan

    Spoon Ito cake pan

    My cake kinda had some issues, as you can see. But it still looks nice and tastes good.

    Cook at 350 degrees for 45- 60 minutes.
