How to Make a 3-Minutes Smoothie

A fresh smoothie a hot summer-day. Made in 3 minutes!


  • ⅔ Liters Yoghurt
  • ⅓ Liters Frozen Raspberries & Blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Hand Mixer
  • 1 Bowl (big and with high walls)
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Prepare your Ingredients (sorry it's in swedish): Yoghurt, Frozen Berries & banana

    Step 2

    Fill upp your "bowl" with as much Yoghurt as you like (this will be about 2/3 of your final smoothie)

    Step 3

    Add the berries

    Step 4

    Mix it

    Step 5

    Then slice the banana in rather thin slices.

    Step 6

    Put it in the half-made smoothie

    Step 7

    Mix it and you're done! Mango fits really well to this smoothie so if you have som frozen Mango, add it to the smoothie!
