How to Make 6 Layer Bars

  • 1 Can Of sweet condensed milk
  • 1 ½ Cups Graham crackers or digestive
  • ½ Cups Butter
  • Chocolate chip
  • Butter scotch chips
  • Sweet Coconut flakes shredded
  • Walnuts or pecans
  • Marshmallows
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350 I used digestive biscuits to make the pie crust - as you can see am using a zip lock bag because I don't have a food processor

    Step 2

    I used about 12 but it really depends on the size of the tray - I crushed them using a rolling pin in a zip lock bag

    It will look like this very fine

    Now melt butter not to hot

    Step 5

    Cover crumbs all over tray to make sure it's enough then pour butter over the crumbs and mix well with your hands then form a pie crust. Refrigerate for 1 hour

    Step 6

    Remove pie crust from fridge then Layer with chocolate chip You can start with anything you want and how much you want

    Then butterscotch

    Step 8

    Then coconut

    Marshmallows - I've tried with and without marshmallows and like either

    Now pour sweet condensed milk all over

    Step 12

    Bake about 10-15 mins at 350 - remove tray from oven and let it cool for at least two hours before eating - you can eat it hot also but the milk will not be set -you can refrigerate after cooled

    Remember once cooled to cut squares -if you refrigerate and want to eat next day heat in the microwave very low - this taste really good with ice cream too -and lastly enjoy
