How to Make 5 Ingredient Shortbread

Soft and buttery shortbread cookies with gooey chocolate chips! Delicious for any occasion

Supplies

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • ½ Cups Sugar
  • ¼ Cups Cornstarch
  • 1 ¼ Cups Flour
  • ⅓ Cups Chocolate chips
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a cookie sheet or aluminum foil.

    Step 2

    Prepare ingredients

    Step 3

    Whip the butter

    Step 4

    Stir in the sugar, cornstarch and flour

    Step 5

    Add chocolate chips

    Step 6

    Mix batter

    Step 7

    Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet or foil, then put in the oven for 10 minutes

    Step 8

    Take the cookies out of the oven once the edges start to brown

    Step 9

    Enjoy warm!
