Peel bananas and cut each into 4 or more pieces. Place into a plastic bag or other container and pop them into the freezer until frozen. Note: I left mine in overnight.
Place frozen bananas into a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until it looks like crushed ice.
Add coconut milk and continue to blend until smooth.
Add peanut butter and blend until well mixed.
Spoon into dish and eat!
This makes about 4, 1/2 cup servings. Each serving is about 86 calories.
