You will need a non-stick pan, so NO OIl IS NEEDED.
You will need liquid egg white here because it's more watery and easy to spread out.
Heat the pan, not too hot because you don't want the egg to coagulate too fast. Spin the pan and let the white to form a thin layer.
Let it stand for around half a minute, and pull the edge of the white carefully. Don't flip it because the top layer is not so solid.
Put veggies inside and top with dressing~ enjoy >.=. It's only 50 calorie and it's PURE PROTEIN! you may also add fruits or any filling you like.
