First you have to set the hurdle in the right spot.
Next step you have to put the hurdle at the right height.
Then your warm-up you lead leg so that way you don't pull any muscles.
After you do your lead leg then you do your trail leg.
After that you go to the start line and get set
Then you put it all together and run fast
And last snap your trail down
When you come out of your blocks make sure it's the strongest step in the whole race.
