How to How to Make Spring Rolls

  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 Green onions
  • ⅓ Cabbage
  • ¼ Ginger
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Spring rolls pastry Package
  • 1 Rice noodles Package
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
  • ½ Green pepper
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get out all ingredients.

    Step 2

    For extra flavour, add half of a green pepper diced/chopped

    Step 3

    Wash and peel ginger and carrots.

    Step 4

    Grate ginger and carrots into a large bowl.

    Step 5

    Crush garlic with flat side of knife and finely chop it up.

    Step 6

    Chop green onions.

    Step 7

    Chop green peppers.

    Step 8

    Dice cabbage

    Step 9

    Put all vegetables into a large bowl and mix.

    Step 10

    Boil the rice noodles

    Step 11

    Put soy sauce into the filling for the spring rolls.

    Step 12

    Add sesame oil into the filling.

    Step 13

    Mix the ingredients together

    Step 14

    Add boiled rice noodles

    Step 15

    Separate the pastry sheets and soak them in warm water

    Step 16

    Wrap the vegetables in the pastry sheets

    Step 17

    Fry the spring rolls in a heated pan with oil

    Step 18

    Fry until golden brown

    Step 19

    Serve with sweet chilli sauce and enjoy!
