How to How to Make Healthy Mexican Tacos!

Supplies

  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Extra lean mince
  • Cheese
  • Refried beans
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa sauce
  • Tortillas
  • Tacos
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    First you need to gather up your ingredients!

    Step 2

    Then add mince into a pan and stir with a wooden spoon to break up all clumps.

    Step 3

    Cook for around 5 minutes or until brown

    Step 4

    Add taco spice mix and 3/4 cup of water

    Step 5

    Let it simmer for roughly 2 minutes

    Step 6

    Then you need to peel and grate your carrots, cut up your tomatoes and cucumber and peel the lettuce

    Booom!

    Step 9

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees and place the taco shells in upside down for 5 minutes

    Empty refried beans into microwaveable dish

    Step 11

    And place in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes

    Step 12

    Then microwave tortillas for 30 seconds

    Serve it up and.....

    I found this meal a tiny bit different to usual because I don't generally have freshly prepared family meals very often but same in the aspect that I normally cook my own food for dinner.

    And this meal is kind of similar to the food I eat because it is sort easy to make and tastes really nice and I am generally pretty good with the types of food I eat as in whether or not it's healthy.
