Slice your zucchini at desired thickness. The thicker they are the longer they take to cook.
Put them in your beaten egg ( you can rinse them if you choose) make sure try are completely covered in egg.
Now put them in your flower be sure they are completely covered in flour
Add your oil to your pan only enough to cover the bottom you may need to add some later depending on how much zucchini your making. Make sure your oil is hot in you pan.
Add your floured zucchini and continue unroll all your zucchini are in the pan or your pan is full.
Salt and pepper to taste
They are done when they are soft if they are not brown tin up the heat and brown them. Continue this process until all your sliced zucchini are cooked.
When they are done you can put them in your backing dish an put them in the oven or on your platter or in a bowl and serve hot.
