For this snack you’ll need: -1/3 cup of Corn Kernels -About 1/2 tblsp of Nutritional Yeast -A splash of Oil -Salt to taste
Splash some oil in the bottom of a pot, then shake it until the whole bottom is covered
Sprinkle the corn kernels over the oil. Cover, and heat over regular fire until it is all popped
In the meanwhile, prepare your nutritional yeast and salt
Once all popped, remove from the fire.
Transfer to a bowl, and sprinkle with nutritional yeast and salt. You can skip the salt if you feel the yeast gives it enough salty taste. Both are optional
Once happy with the seasoning, stir until combined. Then serve, and enjoy!
