Here are your supplies, I use a Mexican adobo with orange but you can season as you like.
Line your crock pot with banana leaves you can use fresh like mine or frozen.
Season liberally, if it does not look like too much it is probably not enough.
Add meat to lined pot.
Cover with more leaves.
Set to 8 hours. Have some fun!

Another shot. Alternatively you can just use seasoned pork butt in the pot all alone. The leaves impart an herbaceous and floral flavor.
Clean bone test. You should be able to remove the bone cleanly with your fingers.
