by Cinnamon Vogue

  • 1 slice Salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • Instructions

    Step 1

Wild caught Salmon is best. You don't want to eat those red dye fed farmed salmon right? Chinese stores offer good deals at $5.99 per pound for wild caught Salmon. Get a slice like this.

    Step 2

First place a foil on your toaster oven tray. Then get a little cup like this and add a tablespoon of Olive Oil

    Step 3

Sprinkle fresh pepper on both sides of the Salmon steak.

    Step 4

Then mix 1 Tbs lemon juice, 1 tsp Parsley. 1 tsp Basil & 1tbs smooth crushed garlic and the Olive Oil. The garlic should be like a puree with no large pieces so it will absorb into the Salmon.

    Step 5

Now coat both sides of the Salmon stake with the mixture. Let it sit for 30 minutes.

    Step 6

Set your Toaster oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degree Celsius), broil setting and 12 minutes. Fahrenheit was named after Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit in 1724. Remember to preheat the toaster oven.

    Step 7

Insert the Salmon placed on the foil covered tray into the toaster oven and broil for precisely 12 minutes. Do not open the toaster oven door. Do not grill both sides. Take out exactly in 12 minutes.

    Step 8

Sprinkle a little bit of salt and serve. Do not put salt when broiling. Only afterwards. This Salmon steak will be soft and melt your mouth. Simple but oh so good. Bon appetit!
