Trace each tag onto the reverse side of Plant Kingdom paper. Punch hole at top.  Glue onto the back side of each tag.

Leave about 10" of ribbon on either end for hanging. Glue border strips in place.  Add Chipboard label.  Add fussy cut butterflies.  Glue just the body so wings can be lifted for dimension.

I used Art Institute Dries Clear Adhesive with the fine point tip to add glue to my butterfly wings.  While wet, I added superfine glitter. I topped each tag with a cute ladybug mini clothespin.
