This should only take around 7 minutes once you get used to the routine, to start off this should take between 10 and 15 minutes.
Remember to keep hydrated so in between every exercise you should take a sip of water
30 star jumps, 10 sec break, 30 wall sit (pretend to sit on a chair whilst leaning on a wall) 10 sec break, 30 push ups, 10 sec break, 30 Sit ups ,10 sec break, 30 step ups, 10 sec break
30 squats, 10 sec break, 30 triceps dips, 10 sec break, 30 plank, 10 sec break, 30 high knees running in place, 10 sec break
30 lunges, 10 break 30 sec push up and turn to each side 10 sec break 15 sec side plank on right side 15 sec side plank on left side Finished
