Pour the squeezed orange juice and lemon juice into the pan. Put it to boil for about 2 to 3 minutes. That's the citrus sauce.
Sprinkle some salt on the slice of raw salmon. (Sprinkle salt on both sides).
Heat up the frying pan and add half a cube of butter.
Place the slice of salmon onto the pan. Leave it to fry for 3 minutes on each side.
The flesh should be cooked by turning golden orange. Take out and place onto your serving plate. Pour the citrus sauce over the salmon. Bon appetite!
