This is a quick tapas recipe. I find halloumi/Paneer/ Saganaki works well. You can experiment with Brie or Camembert, however the frying time will be shorter & always best served immediately.

In a small dripping bowl - add honey, toasted sesame, oregano, thyme & black pepper. Warm it slightly for 30 seconds. Keep aside. Cut halloumi to batons.
