  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • Mushrooms
  • Capers
  • Lemon juice
  • Chicken stock
  • Butter and olive oil
  • Fluor, salt and pepper
  • Instructions

    Pound the chicken cutlets thin

    Step 3

    Season the flour with salt and pepper, then cost the chicken

    Step 4

    Brown the chicken in batches

    Step 5

    After the last batch is done, wrap them in foil and keep them warm in the oven

    Step 6

    Add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté

    Step 7

    Add the lemon juice, then the chicken stock and reduce. Finally, add the capers

    Step 8

    Time to eat!
