Gather you supplies.
Remove herb leaves from stems. Make sure they are dry. Here I have cilantro.
Chop, chop, chop....🔪
Fill the ice cube tray with your herbs. I bought this one at the grocery store. You may want to look for a ice cube tray that allows you to make small cubes- that way you only use what you need.
My first video... 🎥!!! Fill tray with the olive oil. Be gentle and use only a light stream. This will allow the oil to "settle". I do this twice.
Place in fridge and leave overnight.
Here is what the cubes look like after I removed them.... Self explanatory ... Lol😊
Date the baggie you put it in. It's good for up to 6 months.
Then place immediately in freezer. They melt quickly .
All done! Now you'll have spices available when you need them without having them go bad in a few days. It's very convenient! This method has saved me a bit of time and money. Hope it helps you too!
