drop your hips and lower your overall body stance. lift your shoulders and arms up simultaneously so that the attacker's arms are not controlling your center mass.
bring your left leg behind your attacker's body and make sure your hips are lower than the attacker's.
soften the knees and grab attacker behind the knees.
lift the opponent up.
throw your attacker backward so that he/she loses balance.
bam! attacker is now on the ground.
retreat to safety! run away.
