#1 load up your house with healthy foods! Fresh or frozen vegetables and fruits, whole wheat breads, lean meats, low fat dairy products, etc.
#2 ditch all of the unhealthy foods! This includes: processed foods, foods high in sugar, fat, or salt. Foods such as potato chips, candy, soda, dessert, etc.

Fruit is my addiction:) frozen or fresh! Peaches, blueberries, and raspberries are great with yogurt. Apples are delicious plain or chopped up and cooked with cinnamon and sugar. Put em in smoothies!

Drink water!!! Water weight could be adding to the scale.
Water weight is when your body doesn't get enough water and it doesn't know when it will get water again so it holds onto some of whats left in your body. This could make you look and feel bloated.
