How to Easy Fresh Fruit Flan Cake

  • 300 Milliliters Double cream (heavy cream)
  • 200 Grams Flan case
  • Fresh fruit
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Sugar in cream- to taste

    Whip the double cream in a bowl along with vanilla extract and sugar (adding sugar bit by bit not all in one go) until its quite stiff but do not over beat as it will start turning yellow into butter!
