First, chop the top off the pepper (I forgot to take a pic but it's self explanatory really!)
Then turn the pepper upside down
If you look at the pepper it will be divided into different sections, usually 4, you are going to cut each of these sections separately.
As you cut the pepper, following the section divides, you'll see that the pepper that's cut off has no white pith or seeds attached.
So you end up with four clean, seedless prices of pepper! No clean-up! Now you can chop these however you like.
And the white pith with all the seeds (like a core) is left seperately. You can plant this and grow some more peppers!
