Start off by cutting out varying sizes of rectangles or squares from your tissue paper. We used four different colors here (how awesome is this glitter pattern?!).

When you have all your shapes ready, flip the ceramic bowl over. Add a layer of dishwasher safe sealant to the area where you want your tissue paper.

Gently place the tissue paper shapes on top of the glue, then add a second coat of sealant on top.

Some tissue paper colors may bleed when coated with the glue. Wipe off any dye leakage with a paper towel. Allow the glue to dry for 1-2 hours.
