Get all the ingredients together, wash the tomatoes, and cilantro.
Dice everything! I'm setting the mango aside because I won't use it all and it makes a good healthy snack.
Sprinkle kosher salt (or really any salt) to taste and add lime juice to taste.
My boyfriend likes mango salsa so I put aside a little of each ingredient to mix with diced mango (the taste is not for everyone).
