Apply ink to acrylic block.  Lightly spray with water.  Make sure it is wet, but not dripping.

Stamp block onto card. (It is easiest to start with the middle block.)  Repeat three times for the word JOY.  Smooth out color using a paint brush.  Allow time to dry.
