I used a 12x12 sheet of scrapbooking paper and prepped the page with White Acrylic Gesso.  I applied a thin even coat to the entire sheet and then used my heating tool to dry it.

Next I randomly sprayed Art Anthology's Colorations Rustic Spray and then dried it with my heat tool.

I used white sand texture paste thru Art Anthology's Blossom stencil for background texture.

Before I heat dried it I added some white glitter to the white texture paste and then heat dried it.

Next I sprayed Art Anthology's Colorations Peacock Feathers where I spread texture paste with Blossom stencil.   Heat dried the Peacock Feathers.

I grabbed my Stazon ink pad and some stamps and started stamping.

I cut out some paper shapes for background and then used my distressing tool to distress all the edges and added ribbon to my tags.

Next I arranged the paper pieces in the center of the 12x12 sheet.

I did a little more stamping!  and added some flower pieces.

I found some lace trim and leaves that would match the colors on the layout.

I added some cheesecloth behind the photo.

I added some microbeads,  Glitter  and seadbeads in various places to accent the layout.

Once I finished adding microbeads, glitter and seadbeads I found a 12x12 brown sheet of cardstock for background paper and distressed the edges.
