Start with a peeled, soft banana, a protein powder, and a handful or two of fresh or frozen mixed berries. Kefir is used for its creamy consistency, as well as for its gut-loving bacteria!
First, pour kefir into the blender so as not to blend the solids with a dry blade. Blend. Scrape the cup with a spatula to reintroduce rogue protein powder. Blend until completely mixed.
