Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees. (Celsius)
Grate your cheese.
Get you Puff Pastry and get prepared to cut it.
Slice the Puff-Pastry into 4 miniature squares.
Fold over each side of the miniature Puff-Pastry as shown above ^
Chop the Bacon/Ham into strips about 3 mm in width
Poke at your Puff-Pastry together some of the flavour into the Pastry, use a utility that will aid you in this step, I prefer using a fork.
Get your Tomato Sauce and spread it over the miniature Puff-Pastry
Add the Ham/Bacon over the covered Puff-Pastry.
Add the cheese over the Bacon/Ham.
Put your Puff-Pastries into the oven and bump the temperature up to 350 degrees (Celsius). Let it sit there until The crusts are golden brown.
Admire your creation.
A good healthy diet includes A good source of Proteins, Vitamins and Minerals as well as having plenty of water, but we can also have some (but not a lot) of fatty foods, to balance the scales.
