Add textured by adding some art stones, i also have a bit of chipboard under neath all of that .  I used wood and metal gears

Give everything a coat of gesso and let dry, or you can speed things up and heat set with your heat tool

Take the dropper out of the Stargazer Minx and use a small paintbrush to place the color under the embellishments.  We want to keep the top white.  I also added in some granny smith in some areas

You can add water to tone the color down, and dab off excess with a baby wipe. Add more color where you like. If color is too strong, you can dilute with water. Heat set this to dry

I used Decadent MInx to add some shadows underneath the embellishments and used a small brush to add the Rust Amber.  I dabbed the Rust amber inside the gears and under the stones

Add the chipboard title.  I inked the edges with Peacock feathers distress ink and added more Rust Amber and Stargazer Minx to add color under some of the embellishments.

i did go over some areas with gesso as some color managed to get on areas where i didn't want it. Don't be afraid to play with your mists and paints, you will have fun learning as you go along.
