Score 1" away from the top of the tag as shown... You should start measuring at the bottom of the grommet below the arch of the tag... Using a Tim Holtz ruler will help...

Fold inwards accordingly to the score lines as shown... This will be the inside of the card holder...

Using the tag as a guide, trace and cut out the pattern paper of your choice starting from the 1st score line on top of the tag as shown... This will be for the outside of the card holder...

Then trace and cut another pattern paper of your choice starting from the last score line at the bottom of the tag as shown... This will be for the inside of the card holder...

Cut 2 pieces of 1" x 1.25" rectangles... Score them in sections of 0.25" across the 1" breadth of the rectangles... Accordion fold them as shown... These will be the hinges...

On the outside of the card holder, glue down 0.25" of the hinges at the bottom of the tag as shown...

Once you've glued down the hinges and fold back the bottom flap, this is how it should look like...

Glue down a magnet at where the grommet is on the inside of the card holder...

Fold up the bottom flap and glue down the other magnet... Make sure they are in place so that as you fold down the top flap, they should snap together...

Glue down the paper pattern onto the inside of the card holder as shown...

Position the hinges, sandwich the folds in between the tag with the last 0.25 flagging at the end as shown...

Turn the tag around and secure the last 0.25" flagging ends of the hinge to the back of the tag as shown...
