Coat a flat surface with flower
Place your un-kneaded dough on the surface

Knead until your dough has a smooth surface
Once your dough has a smooth surface, take a small piece and stretch it while holding it up to a light- if it tears before you can see the light, keep kneading
Once your dough is kneaded, place it in a bowl
Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let rise for about 30 minutes, or until dough had doubled in size
"Punch in" your dough and fit to a pan
Let the dough rise to the top of the pan, while the dough is rising, pre heat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once the dough has risen, put it in the oven
After 35 minutes, take your bread out of the oven
Let your bread cool, and enjoy!
