Pour 1 cup water and 1 cup quinoa into rice cooker. Turn it on and let quinoa cook
Carefully cut the tips off the Brussels sprouts. Using food processor chop the sprouts into small pieces.
Place a skillet on the burner over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until bacon is done about 8 minutes.
Add Brussels sprouts to the cooked bacon. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of water to the Brussels sprouts/bacon mixture. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Check on quinoa when done fluff with fork. Add quinoa to Brussels sprout mixture.
Add walnuts and salt to mixture. Toss mixture together with tongs.
