Combine chopped vegetables, salt and pepper to taste and a wee bit of cooking oil. This is your stuffing. You may want to add almond meal at this point to make it more "stuffing-like".

I didn't snap a picture, but add your cooked ground turkey meat into your stuffing, then stuff each mushroom cap so they are JUST over-full.

Pop in the oven at 375 degrees for about 25-30 minutes
