These are the ingredients you need: pickled mustard stem, silken/soft tofu, garlic, ginger, green onion.
Then chop chop chop...The essence of Chinese culinary is that there is no fixed ratio for anything, so mix and match as you like ;).
seasoning: salt, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce and dark soy sauce. A hint of salt and sugar will be fine, just to bring out the flavor, same with sesame oil.
Mix everything except for green onion together, usually the liquid would just cover the solid. To avoid too much salt and cardiovascular disease, start with less. You can always add soy sauce later.
Lay the piece of tofu on a plate, cut into cubes with a knife.
Put the seasoning sauce on top, and then sprinkle green onion. Then start stirring with a spoon. The final product is not necessarily photogenic, so I will leave it as a surprise for you!
