How to Cook the Perfect & Simple Chicken Ramen Soup

Supplies

  • 2 Pans
  • 1 Frying pan
  • 2 Big bowls
  • 4 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
  • 3 Teaspoons Chili Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Lime juice
  • 1 Red chili
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Bunch Coriander
  • 150 Grams Mungo sprouts
  • 2 Teaspoons Chicken breasts
  • Sunflower oil
  • 8 Tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 125 Grams Rice noodles (or Ramen Noodles)
  • 1 Liter Beef broth
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    Get all your supplies ready

    Step 2

    Heat up a pan of water

    Step 3

    Prepare 1 liter of beef broath. I use a good ready made one.

    Step 4

    Add vinegar, chili sauce and lime juice and let it simmer on medium heat.

    Step 5

    Thinly chop chili, onion, coriander and add split it together equally into the two boals.

    Step 6

    By now the water should cook. Add the rice noodles and cook them according the instructions on the box.

    Step 7

    Heat up sunflower oil in a frying pan. In the meantime chop the chicke breasts into small cubes.

    Step 8

    Start stir frying the chicken then add the BBQ sauce and keep stir frying on medium heat.

    Step 9

    By now the rice noodles should be ready. Let them drip off and then split them equally to the two boals.

    Step 10

    Add the chicken

    Step 11

    Add the soup and serve! Enjoy your meal.
