Note: We aged our steak with Sea Salt for 3 days on a plate in the fridge! If you do not choose to do this step, you may skip it. You can just cook the steak right away. But...
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to not skip the step! By aging the steak, you will increase the flavor in the steak! With that being said, lets get started!
This is the 3 day aged Steak. Season generously with Sea Salt & Black Pepper.
Make sure your grill is very very hot and oil the grates. Place the Steak on the grates.
Turn the Steak every minute or so to ensure even browning on both sides.
When the Steak is done to your liking, take it off the grill and set on a cutting board to rest for 10 minutes. This will keep all the juices and flavor in the Steak.
Once the Steak is cooled, cut the Steak into slices and plate. (We like our Steak cooked to medium rare!) This will be by far one of the simplest, easiest, and tastiest Steak you will ever have!
