Gather the ingredients
To make the breadcrumb mixture, add the seasoned breadcrumb, Parmesan cheese, salt and garlic powder. Mix with a fork until loosely combined. Then set aside

In another bowl, scramble an egg and set aside.
Slice as many cutlets as you're going to eat into strips
Now, add enough oil and a little extra to the pan to cover the bottom. Heat on medium heat
This is how we bread our chicken strips. Take one and dip both sides of the strip into the egg, then move it to the breadcrumb mixture and cover it evenly.
When all the chicken is breaded, add them to the pan
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and flip each strip. We prefer ours to be crispy!
Repeat for the opposite side, and remove from the pan when done. Add more strips as you remove them!
When a chicken strip is finished, place it on a plate with a paper towel. The paper towel absorbs any excess oil
