Dice bacon and cook over low heat

Trim ends off and cut in half
Toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt and pepper
Roast in combi mode full steam at 375F (190C) for 15 min.
Roast on sheet trays.
Stir at 10 min.
Tender yet crisp
