Put on some rice. This recipe is really quick so give it a while to cook before you start.
Cut the beef into thin strips
Add beef to hot oil, and cook until browned
Meanwhile slice the mushrooms and cut the peppers into strips
When the meat is brown crush in some garlic and fry for another minutes
Add the peppers and fry for 2 or 3 minutes
Cook about 5 minutes more until the mushrooms are cooked through and it is all quite wet
Add about a dessert spoon full or tomato purée and of paprika, a teaspoon of bullion/ crumbled stock cube and a squeeze of lemon juice. stir through. Add salt to taste.
Turn off the heat and stir the sour cream/ creme fraiche through the meat.
Serve immediately on rice.
