How to Cook Super Healthy and Easy Chili Con Carne

super healthy quick meal. serves 4 friends


  • 400 Grams ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carot
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 1 can of red beans
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon dark cocoa
  • 1 Teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • a bit of balsamic vinegar
  • as much of Tabasco sauce as you can handle
  • Instructions

    Step 1

    dice onion and carot and roast in a casserole with a bit of olive oil.

    Step 2

    add the beef and keep on roasting and stirring for some minutes until beef is almost cooked.

    Step 3

    add corn, tomatoes, beans. all together with all the waters that are in the can. keep on stirring!!

    Step 4

    add paprika. i also had some leek left in the fridge which i added as well.

    Step 5

    add your spices and the vinegar. the dark cocoa makes it very tasty! believe me! if you don't have cocoa you can also use either normal chocolate or a tablespoon of sugar.

    Step 6

    let this mix cook slightly for 20 minutes and enjoy. loads of vitamins and protein are hidden in this meal! it's delicious!!
