How to Cook Steamed Chinese Cabbage Meat Roll Dim Sum

  • 10 Baby carrot
  • 2 Cups Ground pork
  • 11 Cups Shrimps
  • 1 Cup Shallot
  • 3 Stalk of onion for garnish
  • 5 Tablespoons All purpose flour

  • 1 Pinch Fish sauce
  • 1 Pinch Lemon papper
  • 1 Pinch Soy sauce
  • 1 Cup Bread crumbs

    Mixed well with all ingredients.

    Add pinch of lemon pepper and soy sauce.

    Prepare 10 or more Chinese cabbage.

    Cook for 1 minute or less till cabbage soft and green.

    Put some mixed meat near the root, add some needle mushroom and bean sprout on top of the meat.
